Numeric edition
MF Phone
The Numeric edition of the MF Core homeserver: a closed network where user identity is a number. An edition is a configuration profile over the unmodified MF Core — never a fork.

Hosted
The Matrix Family numeric network on our infrastructure: server-assigned numbers, anti-enumeration protections.
Private
A customer network on their own hardware, fully isolated, delivered as the hardened MF OS image. Exposed ports: 443 for clients and TURN — nothing else.
Verified behaviour (end-to-end, on record)
- Registration without a username returns a server-assigned number (fixed visible length, no leading zero).
- A client-supplied username is rejected with
M_INVALID_USERNAME. - Reserved number ranges are never allocated.
- With
federation.enabled: falseno federation listener is bound and no keys are served.
Networks never interconnect. The hosted network and every private network are separate — the same number may exist in each.
